Complete Form

The Vessel Examiner must complete the facility inspection on the "Offer for Use" form.

Upload to AUXDATA2

Upload the completed "Offer for Use" form AND an up-to-date photo of the facility into AUXDATA2 (under the files section of the facility inspection).

Update Status

Set the facility inspection status to "DIRAUX REVIEW" and designate "DAVID OTANI" as the Approver.

Initiate HESK Request

The Vessel Examiner must request that the Flotilla Commander send a HESK request to DIRAUX referencing the specific Facility Inspection Number (e.g., #FI-XXXXXX).  DO NOT UPLOAD any documents into HESK that only goes into AUXDATA
