Re-Enrollment Application

More than 6 months:

Previous members wishing to re-enroll that have been out of the Auxiliary for more that 6 months are required to submit a new application in its entirety with all supporting documentation to include boating certificate or card. No new member exam is required for re-enrolling members.

Less than 180 days

Members who have been out less than 6 months will only need to send in pages 1 and 6 with theirs and FC’s signatures.  This is to verify the address and emergency contact and to ensure that the FC is aware.  We will try to restore as many of the competencies as possible for the member.  However, if they are lapsed in any training or currency maintenance requirements, they will remain in an archive or REYR state until the information has been updated in ADII.
