REYR

REYR processing from the system for the year, has taken place and you will see a lot of your members go into REYR, and it included evaluation of compliance for Annual and End of Year Tasks and requirements in addition to the sliding tasks that are already evaluated monthly. Some items to note are that:

      - Members in REWK for a Competency who did not complete their required Workshop will also be set to REYR.

      - This processing cycle will include evaluation of AUXCT, which will place all member's Competencies (except Leadership and BQCII) into REYR if AUXCT Tasks aren't current. There is an DESR form to request for a member to be removed from REYR. Please use it.  The system doesn’t remove a member from REYR automatically, and this is only way it will be done. 

To avoid confusion and ensure that when members take their training requirements and the SO-IS inputs the unit level training into ADII, please be aware that an email must be sent to the DIRAUX; confirming that the training has been entered into ADII and is actually visible before sending that request to DIRAUX to request that REYR be removed from member’s records.  We ask that you send us a request because, there is no way for the DIRAUX to know when your members complete their training, and we can’t very well check 1,900 records to determine who completed their training and who didn’t. That would be a constant undertaking, and we just don’t have the time nor the manpower for such.
