DISTRICT/DISTRICT TRANSFERS

Use the back of the form 7056 and following the process as described.  Do not attempt to send to the DIRAUX until both FC’s have signed the form.  DIRAUX doesn’t need a cc’d heads up that one is coming.  Save yourself time and energy by not adding the DIRAUX to your emails as it passes from one FC to the other. We have enough email to go through daily in the share inbox and HESK that we don’t need any extra items to look at.  Once both FCs have signed, you send the approved form to DIRAUX, both losing and gaining, the losing DIRAUX we will make the appropriate transfer to gaining DIRAUX of the gaining flotilla.

Still, we need your help in identifying members who show up on your rosters and you haven't received any prior notification to inform you that they are coming.  We're still having some challenges with ensuring records are properly sent.  If members appear on your membership roster and no record has been sent on that member, when you ask for actions to be completed, we question whether the member belongs to you and we’ll have to spend a bit of time chasing down files from losing Districts.  If we can save time from doing that during the time we get your request, it’ll make things a lot simpler.
