CHAIN OF LEADERSHIP/MANAGEMENT (COL/M)

Use your COL/M for all inquiries.  Whether it's a simple question, DIRAUX address,  inquiring about an action, or reporting something hasn't been completed to satisfaction by the DIRAUX office,  it should start with leadership at the Flotilla.   What I have found over the years, is that if the flotilla commanders are kept in the loop about certain requests for their members, then there is no confusion when a question arises about an action that is being or rather not being processed. With our move to HESK this won’t be such a problem as it once was.  Still you need to reach out to your COL/M and your staff to seek answers to your question before reaching out to the DIRAUX.  See attached Newly Revised Document Routing Guide.pdf that was forwarded on 1 February by the DCO, if there are questions about who is required to endorse a certain action that’s not on here, again start with your COL/M.
