Training for Submission of New or Reenrollment Applications

When submitting new and reenrollment applications, please ensure that the current version of the ANSC 7001 is being used.  The current version is the (02-25).  This is particularly important to catch when the applicant is bringing you an application that they have already filled out.  They may have googled the application form and without knowing, brought it in and because it is not much different than the current form being used, the FSO-HR, the FPT nor the FC even noticed that the version number in the top left corner.  The applicant doesn't know that it's not the current form because this is what the google search gave them.  Unfortunately, DIRAUX will not accept an outdated form and return it for the correct from to be completed.
